Sales Policy
Returned Merchandise
All Sales are final and merchandise may
not be returned without
written consent of Engineered Hot Rods, LLC. Approved returns are
subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be shipped to us freight
prepaid. We do not accept collect shipments. Products used or
altered in any way are not returnable. No returns accepted after
30 days.
Claims
Claims for damage or loss to be made with
freight carrier. Claims
for shortage are to be made to us within five days of receipt of
orders.
Special Orders
Advance payment is required prior to manufacture
of special
orders. There are no returns or refunds on special orders.
Guarantee and Liability
Merchandise is guaranteed free from
defects in material and
workmanship for (1) year. We will repair or replace, at our option,
any product found to be defective subject to our inspection and
approval. Engineered Hot Rods, LLC will not be liable for personal
or property damage caused by the use or mis-use of any
product that we manufacture or sell. User shall determine the
suitability of the product for its intended use, and the user shall
assume all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.

Ordering Information
Mail
Orders or Part payment COD
When
ordering by Mail please use the complete part # and a
brief description of the part. Print your name, shipping address,
zip code and phone number. Include 50% deposit or full payment
by Money Order or Certified Check. Also include 20% for shipping.
Any excess shipping cost will be refunded. The balance can be
COD. UPS and most shippers will now only accept Certified Checks.
You will be notified of the amount when your products are shipped.

We accept:
Shipping
We will ship by the most economical carrier. Most orders shipped
UPS. Purchaser to pay all shipping costs. Orders will be shipped as
soon as possible, usually within 10 days. Custom made parts take
longer.
Personal Checks
We will gladly accept your personal check,
but we will have to hold
your order until it clears your bank.
